At my request I received a written quote for a complete roof replacement. WaynCo Roofing also provided me with certificate of insurance, contractor license and information on GAF shingle materials and warranty for my records. After I accepted/signed the proposal work commenced within two weeks of acceptance and was performed all in one day. Work included removing old shingles, replacing 5 decking boards and replacement of new felt and shingles. All old materials were cleaned up and hauled off at the end of the day. Overall good experience with this company. I would recommend them.
